Industrial design found me in 2019 when I began my journey at San Jose State.

It combines many of the things that I enjoy: drawing, building things, experimenting, solving problems, and connecting with other creatives, to name a few.

Interaction design (UI & UX) piqued my interest in 2020 when SJSU added it as a minor. I was hooked immediately when I took my first class, and officially made it my minor.

I’ve grown very attached to these fields since then, and I’m elated to be able to say that I’m a part of them.

The work makes me feel like I’m a Star Trek science officer: always thinking, on the move, and aiming high for the next problem to explore, while building friendships and having some fun- I’m seeking out the same attributes from a like-minded company.
